Do they have fun finding the tools they need?

A user journey should show users a clear path to get to the points they want quickly and easily. If this is not the case, there is a risk of frustration. In addition to the user journey, the user benefit is of great importance. If employees are not offered any added value, they quickly lose interest in the new tools and, in the worst case, do not use them.
