The project
The challenge was to integrate decentralized information from different locations into the new myFlender. The vision was clear: to create a vibrant global intranet that acts as a single point of truth and makes relevant information accessible to all employees in a pragmatic and well-structured way.
The intranet established on the basis of Microsoft 365 was integrated into Microsoft Teams with Viva Connections and thus also made available on mobile devices. Comprehensive customizing and the implementation of various functions such as personalizable news, a chatbot, quick links, bookmarks or the AppLauncher not only promote efficient communication, but also the acceptance of colleagues.
